Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We do not accept returns for personalised items.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  Please send us an email to hello@warnefords.co.uk for details of how to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You should enclose a copy of your purchase receipt with your item.

Refunds

We are unable to provide refunds on personalised items.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it.  We will then notify you on the status of your refund.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.  The exact refund date will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

Postage Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item.

The original postage costs (i.e. the cost of us sending the item to you) are non­-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
